Please do not ask your bank to block or dispute payments. Disputed payments can cost the charity a fee of £20 for each transaction. We would be happy to help you with the cancellation directly, which avoids these extra costs and ensures the process is smooth and easy for you.

Yes, you can. We have the following dates available: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd of the month. You can request a change on the form on our website, or by calling our Supporter Care team on 02034755126.
Please note: A Direct Debit instruction can take up to 30 days to set up and up to 10 working days to appear on a bank statement once successfully set up.

You can contact our Supporter Care team using the form on our website or call 0203 475 5126. Your Direct Debit can be amended at any time however if the next scheduled payment date is within 3 working days the change will be made from the following month.
You can set up a Direct Debit on our website, over the phone or by post. If you would like to set up a Direct Debit by phone or post, please contact our Supporter Care team using the ‘Contact form’ on our website or call 0203 475 5126 and they can advise you further.
Operation Smile accepts the following methods of payment:
Postal donations – Cheques, Debit/Credit Card donations, CAF Vouchers, Postal Orders & Direct Debit
Phone donations – One off and Regular Debit/Credit Card donations & Direct Debit
Online donations – One off and Regular Debit/Credit Card donations & Direct Debit

We’re incredibly grateful for any donations we receive. All donations are optional, and we would never want our supporters to feel obliged to give what they are not comfortable with. We state specific asks to help us plan further with our work to ensure we can reach more patients throughout the year. We understand that it’s not always easy for everyone to support us financially, so we also provide a custom donation amount option on all our donation forms.
It depends on what goods you’d like to donate, as we are often restricted with what we can ship overseas. Email info@operationsmile.org.uk with more information.
