Will you give a child life-changing surgery?

Surgery was the moment everything changed for Adolphe and Valentine.

Born in different parts of Rwanda, both Adolphe and Valentine suffered because of their cleft condition. People would stare at them and make nasty comments. Valentine was even harassed in the street by other children.

A young girl in a bright pink dress smiles at the camera while sitting among adults and children, some wearing patterned clothing and face masks, in a brightly lit indoor setting.

Operation Smile was their only hope for a new smile

Thanks to generous supporters like you, Adolphe and Valentine were able to have surgery at a young age. Thousands of children in Rwanda and around the world are still waiting for their new smile – and their lives are getting harder by the day.

With a donation now, you could help us reach children in need. You could help bring cleft care to areas where there isn’t any. And you could help our dedicated medical teams save and change lives, one surgery at a time.
