Will you give a child life-changing surgery?

Surgery was the moment everything changed for Adolphe and Valentine.

Born in different parts of Rwanda, both Adolphe and Valentine suffered because of their cleft condition. People would stare at them and make nasty comments. Valentine was even harassed in the street by other children.
