Alternatively, call 020 4538 7293 from anywhere in the UK and tell the Customer Support team you are an Operation Smile supporter to get the service for free.
You’re under no obligation to include Operation Smile in your will if you do use the Farewill service, although if you do decide you’d like to leave a legacy of smiles, their team will guide you through the steps. And once you’re finished, a qualified expert will check and proofread your will before it is sent to you.

Farewill were founded in 2015 with the aim of making the process of writing a will quicker, easier and less stressful. With Farewill, you give the information needed online or by telephone and your will is drawn up, checked and sent to you, all ready for your signature. Farewill were awarded “National Will Writing Firm of the Year” in 2019 and 2020.
Farewill work with many charities. Writing a will is something everyone should do, for the sake of those they love. At the same time, legacies in wills are a hugely important source of funds for UK charities. So, encouraging more people to write a will is in everyone’s best interest!
Quite simply because we know it will benefit Operation Smile in the future. Gifts in wills make a great deal of our work possible: they’re an extremely powerful way for our supporters to go on having a positive impact on the world even after they’re gone.
Even though there is no obligation to leave a legacy to Operation Smile, promoting this scheme will generate future funds many, many times greater than the cost.
If you are making a new will and your finances are straightforward, then yes! For most people the service is free but if you have complex needs (such as owning overseas property), there may be a cost or the service may not be suitable. However, the team at Farewill will advise you of these in advance so there is no commitment.
There are slightly different options depending on where in the UK you live. In England or Wales you can choose to enter all your details online by going to farewill.com/smile7 or you can call 020 4538 7293.
The online option is not available in Scotland or Northern Ireland but you can still call 020 4538 7293. When calling, please remember to tell the Customer Support team you are an Operation Smile supporter to get the service for free.
